一起误食光硬皮马勃中毒事件调查

目的 对2019年9月4日发生在云南省楚雄彝族自治州的一起误食光硬皮马勃中毒事件进行调查分析,明确中毒原因,总结中毒特点及救治方法,为该蘑菇中毒事件的处置提供借鉴。方法 收集中毒病例资料、进行流行病学调查、对蘑菇样品进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定。结果 2例患者各进食了约50 g购买于市场的马勃后,出现了腹痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻及低血压的症状,潜伏期0.5～1 h,经过对症治疗后好转出院。蘑菇标本经形态学和分子生物学鉴定为光硬皮马勃。结论 此次事件是因误食光硬皮马勃引起的急性中毒事件。光硬皮马勃与可食用的云南硬皮马勃外形相似,常因误食而中毒。鉴于很多毒蘑菇与一些食用菌形态上极为相似而导致误采误食,建议不要随意采食野生蘑菇。     

Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides from fermented sausages inoculated with Lactobacillus plantarum CD101 and Staphylococcus simulans NJ201

Natural ACE inhibitory peptides derived from food are considered to be an effective supplement for lowering blood pressure. This study investigated the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum CD101 and Staphylococcus simulans NJ201 on proteolysis and the sequence composition of ACE inhibitory peptides in fermented sausages. The ACE inhibitory activity of the inoculated group reached the maximum values on day 35 during the production of fermented sausages. A more positive effect in the hydrolysis of the sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar protein was observed in the inoculated group through sodium dodecyl sulphate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The free amino acid content of the inoculated group was 865.21 ± 12.55 mg/100 g, which was significantly higher (P < 0.05) than that of the control group. The molecular weight distribution showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) in peptides with a molecular weight less than 1 kDa in the inoculated group. A total of thirty-four peptides with high hydrophobicity were identified by liquid chromatograph-mass spectrometer/mass spectrometer (LC–MS/MS). Furthermore, the peptides were isolated and purified using gel filtration chromatography (GFC) and reversed-phased high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Eleven novel peptides were identified by Nano-LC-ESI-MS/MS, in which VALSLSRP with X-Pro structure exhibited the highest ACE inhibition rate (75.36 ± 2.45%). These results indicated that mixed starters are conducive to protein degradation and the formation of peptides with high ACE inhibitory activity, especially peptides less than 1 kDa, and could be used as a functional material for antihypertensive drugs.     

基于集员未知输入观测器的风力机桨距执行器故障诊断

风力机一般放置在恶劣的环境中,其桨距执行器极易出现故障。文中针对一类含有未知但有界干扰和噪声的风力机系统的桨距执行器故障问题,设计了集员未知输入观测器对桨距的执行器故障进行检测并分离。采用气动机理和现代辨识原理建立风力机系统模型,通过优化未知输入观测器设计对系统中的干扰解耦,基于中心对称多胞体估计不考虑故障时残差的区间包络,并将其作为残差估计的上下动态阈值,实现状态估计。在上述基础上提出了利用一组集员未知输入观测器进行故障诊断的策略。仿真结果表明,在实验过程中,文中所设计的集员未知输入观测器准确地诊断出了风力机桨距执行器的3阶和5阶线性系统在发生突变故障和缓慢时变故障的时间和位置,证明了所提故障诊断策略的有效性。     

一株产低温脂肪酶酵母菌的鉴定及酶学性质

低温脂肪酶已成为工业低温工艺良好候选物，在生物质能源、食品、皮制品、废水处理等领域发挥重要作用。本文从实验室保藏的55株产低温脂肪酶酵母菌株中筛选出一株高产菌株NYNU 19160，通过形态学、生理生化以及ITS和26S rDNA序列分析，将该菌株鉴定为Papiliotrema fonsecae。经过硫酸铵分级沉淀、透析、浓缩将该脂肪酶纯化后，对酶学性质进行了研究。结果表明，该脂肪酶最适反应温度为20℃，最适作用pH为7.5，属于低温碱性脂肪酶；Cu²⁺显著促进该酶的水解活性，而Li⁺表现为显著抑制作用；有机溶剂乙腈、甲醇、乙酸对酶活性有较强的促进作用，而苯和正己烷则抑制了该酶的活性；该酶对对硝基苯酚丁酸脂（pNPC₄）底物表现出较强特异性。     

SiC单晶片切割力建模与自适应控制

Si C单晶因优良的物理和机械性能而大量用于大功率器件和IC行业。但由于材料的高硬度和高脆性,使其加工过程变得很困难。为此,分析了Si C单晶片切割过程,建立切割过程模型,通过F检验法进行系统阶次辨识,采用遗忘因子递推最小二乘算法在线估计模型参数,建立进给量与切割力的差分方程,设计基于最小方差自校正的切割力控制器,并进行实验验证。结果表明:控制器能够很好的跟踪不同信号,具有良好的鲁棒性,提高了Si C单晶片的加工效率和表面质量。     

Experimental evaluation of MPC-based anti-surge and process control for electric driven centrifugal gas compressors

The present work concerns model predictive control (MPC) of centrifugal gas compressors and describes the development of an MPC application for the tasks of anti-surge and process control. More specifically, the MPC formulation focuses on the question of how the transient manipulation of driver torque can be used to improve the performance of anti-surge and process control. For the purpose of testing and validating the proposed control algorithm, an experimental compressor test rig is presented, which is designed to mimic a typical centrifugal compressor application in the oil and gas industry. Modeling and parameter identification of the experimental setup is followed by the realization of the MPC solution on an embedded system to comply with the stringent real-time requirements for anti-surge control. Testing is performed with experiments using suction and discharge side disturbances, which are created by rapid valve closures. For comparison the same tests are repeated with conventional control approaches. The test results indicate improvements in maintaining the distance to surge by up to 11%, while at the same time reducing the process control settling time by up to 50%.     

融合分词隐层特征的汉语基本块识别

该文以字为基本标注单位,构建了一种汉语基本块识别的神经网络学习模型。模型联合分词任务的神经网络学习模型与基本块识别任务模型,将分词任务模型中学习得到的隐层特征融入基本块识别的模型中,两模型相互交替优化学习模型参数,并实现了以整句似然函数(而非单字似然函数)作为优化目标的算法。实验结果表明:1)以整句似然函数为优化目标的基本块识别的F值比单字似然情形要高出1.33%,特别是在多字块识别中,其召回率比单字似然情形要高出4.68%;2)融合分词任务模型中的隐层特征的汉语基本块识别模型的结果比不做融合的模型要高出2.17%,说明融合分词隐层特征的交替联合学习方法是有效的。     

砂泥岩裂缝性储层测井识别及评价技术

致密砂岩裂缝储层形成的复杂油气藏,已经成为国内外油气勘探开发的焦点,常规勘探理论和方法在裂缝型油气藏评价中面临许多挑战,本文从砂泥岩裂缝型油气藏储层评价出发,分析各种常规预测裂缝有利发育带方法的优势和局限性,针对砂泥岩裂缝性储层识别这一难点,提出利用测井方法综合预测裂缝发育带的方法,指出储层裂缝预测研究存在的问题及发展趋势。     

提高缝纫线型半光涤纶短纤维强度的工艺优化

缝纫线对涤纶短纤维的要求是强度高、伸长率低、热水洗涤后收缩率尽可能小。介绍了在天津石化10万t/a聚酯短丝装置上,利用现有设备生产1.33 dtex×38 mm半光缝纫线型涤纶短纤维的纺丝和后处理工艺技术特点,着重讨论了通过优化聚酯熔体黏度、纺丝温度、冷却条件、牵伸倍率以及热定形温度等工艺提高短纤维的断裂强度。
